My
friend,
You really are making a mistake by NOT buying this product and
I will explain why:
Xerox is in VIOLATION of several FEDERAL
laws known as the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, and the Magnusson
Moss Act just for starters. The ONLY way a manufacturer
can force you to use their consumables without voiding
any warranty is to provide those consumables for FREE!
You should really do your homework on this, I'm not making it
up:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sherman_Antitrust_Act
The Sherman Act provides:
"Every contract, combination in the form of trust or otherwise,
or conspiracy, in restraint of trade or commerce among
the several States, or with foreign nations, is declared to
be illegal".[2] The Act also provides: "Every person
who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine
or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize
any part of the trade or commerce among the several States,
or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony
[. . . ]"[3] The Act put responsibility upon government attorneys
and district courts to pursue and investigate trusts, companies
and organizations suspected of violating the Act.
This could not be a more accurate description
of what Xerox does to great people like you when
they tell you the use of NON-Xerox inks "might void your
warranty." Every one of their representatives is committing
one of the greatest VIOLATIONS of these Acts possible. The box
of ink they sell you for $120-$240 costs a FRACTION of that
to produce and is essentially nothing more than fancy Crayon
Wax!!!

"Tie-In Sales" Provisions
Generally, tie-in sales provisions are not allowed. Such a provision
would require a purchaser of the warranted product to buy an
item or service from a particular company to use with
the warranted product in order to be eligible
to receive a remedy under the warranty. The following are examples
of prohibited tie-in sales provisions:
"In order to keep your new Plenum Brand Vacuum Cleaner warranty
in effect, you must use genuine Plenum Brand Filter Bags.
Failure to have scheduled maintenance performed, at your
expense, by the Great American Maintenance Company, Inc., voids
this warranty."
You or I could bring a FEDERAL complaint
against Xerox because they have LIED to the American Consumer
by telling them to not buy my product, therefore harming my
business and hampering the general marketplace. They are guilty
of a FELONY under federal law, and yet they keep doing
it day after day because no one powerful enough will take the
time to stop them and perhaps they have too many friends in
high places! (Abramoff anyone?)
Further, Xerox does NOT give you a warranty
for the life of your machine. They only warranty it for
the first year or two at most, forcing you to buy one of their
extended plans, which can be a nightmare and are expensive.
Xerox techs from my experience are known for doing everything
in their power to squirm out of repairing your machine for free
or not having the capabilities to diagnose the problem. (After
taking forever to show up and almost never having the necessary
parts with them to actually fix it). I don't know how Xerox
has survived in business after all the horror stories I have
heard from customers and reps alike in just my little sphere
of influence.
We warranty your machine for as long as you use our
product under normal conditions FOR FREE. This ink is
identical to the OEM in almost every way exept PRICE, you will
actually get MORE INK with some of our packages, we haven't
advertised this fact. Our warranty is ON-SITE and means
repair or REPLACEMENT, and it won't take forever to get
it done or be a big hassle!!
We are the only ink/toner
seller on the web with nearly 100% PERFECT feedback that
I know of. Please review page after page of feedback, it is
50%+ Tektronix/Phaser. This is our flagship product, the
#1 seller, and the MFG is a $100,000,000 company,

supply business - period....
Lastly a few blocks of this ink aren't going to ruin any machine.
Why don't you just TRY a box of each color and install them
all at ONCE, removing and keeping all your OEM blocks, except
the partially melted blocks. Run it for a week or two and see
if you are happy with the color and adherance to your media.
If you are dissatisfied with any of those things, you may still
send it back for up to 115% REFUND if we cannot resolve
your issues!!
Let's
do BUSINESS! It will save you $1,000's over time!
